岗位描述
1.Receive order from X-customers.Send “confirmation” to x-customers for confirming order and delivery date within 24hrs.
收到客户的订单。 在24小时内给客户发Confirmation并且及时回复交期。
2.Arrange shipment with “stock person” and shipping to deliver goods on time.
安排出货,并确保货物及时发出。
3.Update and follow up “sales order” daily.
更新与跟踪订单
4.Handle inquiries and communicate with x-customers by phone/e-mail .
处理咨询问题及跟客户电话或者邮件沟通。
5.If a/c is closed, inform x-customer that we can’t deliver goods unless we have received payment.
如果客户账号被锁,我们要告诉客户只有收到欠款之后我们才能发货。
6.Check “due SO” every day, update “Delivery Date” every day
每天检查“没有及时出货的订单”,每天更新交期并且回复客户。
7.If a/c is pre-payment or L/C term, we need inform x-customer to arrange payment or L/C before sending out goods.
如果客户是预付款或者是LC,CS需要告诉客户在出货之前安排付款及LC。
8.Place “purchase order” to supplier
发采购单给供应商。
9.Get confirmed “delivery date” from supplier.Update “purchase order” and follow up delivery date with supplier.
从供应商那里获取“交期”。更新采购单的交期并且跟踪交期。
10.Follow up special brands in factory.
特殊品牌会在工厂进行跟单。
11.Communicate by phone/e-mail with supplier if problem/issue.
如果有任何问题,通过电话或者邮件跟供应商沟通并且解决问题。
12.To understand/ use our AX /D365 system
理解并且运用我们的系AX统以及D365系统完成相关工作。
Requirement任职资格:
1.College graduate or above 大专或以上学历
2.2-3 years relevant experience in international logistics or trading firm wii be better 至少两至三年的相关工作经验于印刷及包装行业 优先
3.Ability to follow through details of orders in professional manner 以专业的态度跟进订单流程
4.Detail minded, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills and team work spirit 注重细节、良好的组织能力、有团队精神及能在压力环境下工作
5.Good spoken and written English (CET-4 or above) 拥有良好的沟通及运用英语水平 (CET-4 or above)
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and familiar with operation in ERP system is a plus 熟练掌握Microsoft Outlook, Excel 和相关的工作经验于ERP系统
